Project Overview:
I was responsible for recording and setting up the studio for the “Mastering the Human-Centered Customer Experience” course. This 12-module course, facilitated by a subject matter expert (SME) in CX, offers 64 studio-recorded lessons spanning 10 hours. The course blends theory with practical examples from industry leaders like Disney and includes ‘check your knowledge’ quizzes at the end of each lesson to reinforce learning.
My Contribution:
- Assisted in pre-production, production, and post-production.
- Set up the studio, including camera, lighting, audio, and teleprompter.
- Recorded the subject matter expert (SME) in a professional studio environment.
- Edited audio and video to enhance engagement and clarity.
- Integrated B-roll footage and added closed captions for accessibility.
